Feric Art is the portfolio and art store of Feric Feng. This notice explains how information is used when you browse feric.com, contact us, sign in, or buy artwork.

Information we receive

If you contact us, we receive the name, email address, phone number, and message you choose to send. If you create a customer account or place an order, we receive the account, contact, shipping, and order details needed to provide that service. Our website and service providers may also receive technical information such as your IP address, browser, and interactions with the site.

Google sign-in

If you choose “Continue with Google,” Google authenticates you and shares the account information requested on its consent screen, including your name and email address, with Shopify for your Feric Art customer account. We use that information to identify your account and provide access to your account and orders. We do not receive your Google password. You can also sign in by email instead.

How we use and share information

We use information to answer inquiries, operate customer accounts, process and deliver purchases, provide support, protect the site, and meet legal obligations. We work with service providers for website hosting, commerce, payment, shipping, and sign-in, including Vercel, Shopify, and Google. Those providers process information needed for their services. Marketing messages are sent only according to the preferences you provide.

Choices and requests

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, subject to applicable law and records we need to keep for orders or legal obligations. You can opt out of marketing using an unsubscribe link. Contact us at feric@feric.com for privacy questions or requests.
